Regulation 4 of the CDM 2015 regulations places responsibility on the Client to appoint a competent person to fulfil the Principal Designer role.

 

PCP Surveyors have significant knowledge and experience of the CDM 2015 Regulations and the Principal Designer role. We also offer a H&S advisor service to the Client and can also assist & advise the Principal Contractor in fulfilling their duties under the CDM 2015 regulations.
